Wenzel is a current Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and bases most of his efforts around Microsoft technologies. His extensive background in software analysis, design, development and deployment is complemented by his electrical engineering background from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). In fact, the very design/development process utilized within all engineering disciplines is what Wenzel brings to software design and development.

From a management perspective, Wenzel is a firm believer in "you can’t effectively manage a programmer or developer if you can’t do their work." In too many businesses, managers are put into a position to oversee a complicated development effort with no “tools” to allow them to understand the process, determine realistic schedules or interpret what the developers are saying. Rest assured developers know this and often use technical double-talk to “explain” why they cannot do what is requested or why a particular feature took three times longer than scheduled to develop.

For larger projects, Wenzel has access to additional experienced, top-notch resources that have proven their technical abilities and who have an average of more the tens years of real-world software experience.
